Summer salad with Emmentaler

servings

  • 250 g small blue grapes
  • 150 g celery
  • A small cucumber
  • 150 g Woerle Emmentaler
  • 50 g walnut kernels
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 4 tbsp mostessig
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Step 1

Wash the grapes, pick from the stems and set aside. Wash the celery, remove the woody spots and cut the poles into fine slices.

Step 2

Wash, peel, halve the cucumber, remove the seeds with a teaspoon and then dice. Dice the Emmentaler as well.

Step 3

For the dressing, whisk the lemon juice with the crème fraîche, vinegar, olive oil, sugar and salt.

Step 4

Mix the grapes, celery, cucumber, cheese and walnuts and marinate with the dressing. Let it draw a little bit and serve.
