Fan potatoes with paprika cheese dip
Wash the potatoes well but do not peel. Cut in small intervals several times, but not completely cut.
Grind garlic cloves and rosemary leaves very finely in a mortar, add olive oil and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
Put the potatoes on a baking tray covered with baking paper and brush gently with the marinade. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
Halve and clean the pepper. Place on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 200-250 degrees until the skin becomes dark. Cool under a damp cloth, then skin and dice.
Puree the pepper cubes with sour cream, processed cheese and melted cheese and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve the paprika dip with the fan potatoes.
