Country-style tarte flambée with Bergkäse cheese
Finely slice the onions, either using a knife or a mandolin slicer, and grate the cheese.
Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Work the flour, water, olive oil and salt into a smooth dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
Separate the dough into two portions and roll them out as thinly as possible.
Stir the sour cream until smooth and spread it thickly onto both tartes.
Arrange the onion rings, bacon cubes and Bergkäse cheese on top. Season to taste.
Bake the tartes in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until they are crispy on top. Serve immediately.
