Country-style tarte flambée with Bergkäse cheese To the recipes Country-style tarte flambée with Bergkäse cheese servings 200 g wheat flour (and a little extra) 120 ml water 2 tbsp olive oil 1 pinch salt 1 cup sour cream 2 large onions 200 g cubed bacon 150 g Woerle Bergkäse Premium Salt and pepper PRINT RECIPE NOW Step 1 Finely slice the onions, either using a knife or a mandolin slicer, and grate the cheese. Step 2 Preheat the oven to 180° C. Step 3 Work the flour, water, olive oil and salt into a smooth dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour. Step 4 Separate the dough into two portions and roll them out as thinly as possible. Step 5 Stir the sour cream until smooth and spread it thickly onto both tartes. Step 6 Arrange the onion rings, bacon cubes and Bergkäse cheese on top. Season to taste. Step 7 Bake the tartes in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until they are crispy on top. Serve immediately.
