Carefully matured for six months, the Großglockner PREMIUM cheese develops its particularly aromatic flavour and the fine texture over this time – a delight for every cheese connoisseur. Made from valuable hay milk, it is a purely natural product with a special fullness of flavour and is produced without the use of any additives or preservatives.
Nature captured in an aroma of juicy apples, blooming meadows and dried fruit. The same applies to the flavours on the palate, where cream and dried fruit come to the fore again, complemented by white bread and cocoa. The compact, crumbly and increasingly creamy texture is also a very fine component.
